Please complete the form below to register for the ANNUAL Open Door Fall Retreat to be held at Lutherlyn from October 9-11, 206. Lutherlyn is located 40 miles north of Pittsburgh off of Route 422 between Butler and Prospect.

The theme of the 2026 Fall Retreat is Rest (remember to pack your hammock!). 

Prices (listed below) include weekend lodging and 5 meals. The listed costs have been subsidized through the Open Door's budget to make the retreat more affordable for attendees. Financial assistance is also available and cost should not be a barrier to attendance:

Saturday - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Sunday - Breakfast and Lunch

Cabin:‍ ‍Each cabin has central heating, carpeted floors, beautiful wood construction, and two restrooms (each with a sink, toilet, and shower). Cabins hold 12 people and can be easily split into two smaller living spaces. You can request any non-family members you’d prefer to share the other side of the cabin with but this is not guaranteed.
Adult (anyone over 11) = $131
Child aged 3-11 = $61

Tent:
Adult (anyone over 11) = $61
Child aged 3-11 = $41

Sunday Only:
$11 / per person

Anyone aged 2 and under is free. 

Arrive on Friday (10/9), with check-in starting at 6:00 PM at Redwood Lodge. Guests will be directed to their cabins or tent area to settle in. Programming starts at 7:00 PM. No dinner will be provided—please bring a snack to share.

HOW TO COMPLETE THIS REGISTRATION:

1. Click on Register Here below to go to the event registration page.

2. See the “Cost” drop-down and choose one category at a time (Cabin or Tent, Adult or Child, Sunday Only) and the quantity for that category. “Add to Cart” and complete the form. Enter n/a if a field does not apply to you. You will have to register each category separately and “Add to Cart” for each.

3. Then, once you have all in your cart please go to your cart and “Check Out” to start your purchase. Please type in “Fall Retreat” in the memo line.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions through the PayPal payment process.
