Sunday Morning:

9:30 Arrival

Children and Youth Director or Lead:

  • Set up: children and youth welcome table: table cloth, journals, pencils, markers, youth schedule- (all found in storage on stage)

  • and coloring sheets(found in the curriculum bin)

  • Clean up: place back in bin and return to shelf to the left 

10 am Arrivals

CHILDREN'S TEACHER PK-2: 

  • Set up: mats, snacks, curriculum, supplies (all found in storage on stage)

  • Clean up: ensure all trash in thrown away, supplies are back on the shelf to the left

CHILDREN'S TEACHER 3-5: 

  • Set up: (in library): snacks, curriculum, supplies (all found in storage on stage)

  • Clean up: ensure all trash in thrown away, supplies are back on the shelf to the left

10:30 am Arrivals

CHILDREN'S HELPER: 

  • Clean up: coordinate with teachers and lead to see if they need help
